After a review of the most important basics on the bike, we will continue with more advanced techniques. Mastering key sections such as steep sections, tight hairpin bends and high steps are on the agenda. Depending on the interest and dynamics of the group, we will be able to go a little deeper into one or other of the desired topics individually. If necessary, we will form two groups to better cater to your wishes so that everyone can take something away with them. We will be practicing on the Unisport grounds and on the surrounding trails in the forest at various technical locations.
For the course you need a functional mountain bike, helmet, gloves and fitness for 15-20km biking. If available, you are welcome to bring shin/arm protectors.
