Would you like to learn to climb? Then you've come to the right place! Start climbing with us.

In our toprope courses, you will learn the basics of toprope climbing. At the end of the course, you will be able to "toprope" independently in the hall and secure your buddy in the toprope. You will learn the knots required to tie into the climbing rope, how to use the belay device, how to set up a toprope and how to recognize and avoid mistakes when toprope climbing. In addition, you will learn how to do a partner check, rope commands and basic behavior when climbing indoors.

This course is for all beginners and returners to learn or refresh the basics of indoor climbing. On 3 dates with two hours each, a trained instructor will introduce you to the world of climbing.

As this is a course with content that builds on each other, all 3 dates must be attended.
