You guessed it, we're off to Switzerland, more precisely to the canton of Obwalden. As a popular place for summer and winter tourism, Engelberg offers unique sights, such as the 12th century monastery, as well as various opportunities to enjoy our beloved snow sports. With the "Engelberg-Titlis" ski area and the smaller "Brunni" ski area adorning the opposite mountainside, snow enthusiasts in Engelberg have 82 kilometers of groomed slopes at their disposal. The highest point of the ski area is the "Klein Titlis" at an altitude of 3028 meters. From here, you can venture down the mountain on red or black slopes, but even if you're new to skiing and snowboarding, you shouldn't shy away from the breathtaking view from Europe's highest suspension bridge - the Titlis Cliffwalk (the gondola will also take you back down safely 😉). For beginners, the ski area offers various opportunities to learn your skiing skills on blue slopes around Gerschnialp and Trübsee, in addition to the Winterland with a small lift.
Ski and snowboard course
Our concept? Skiing and snowboarding for everyone! Whether for absolute beginners, graceful snow virtuosos, adrenaline-seekers or simply relaxed ski and snowboard enthusiasts... Our licensed ski and snowboard instructors are ready to pick you up at your existing skill level and expand it together with you. Lessons are offered at least half-day on the three days in ability or inclination groups, which are put together the day before according to ability level. The ability groups take place on Sunday and depending on the situation and group interest, the following ability groups could be offered, for example: Formation skiing, individual error correction, piste tricks, carving, etc.
Accommodation and supporting program
We will be accommodated in the Alphorn guesthouse. The cozy group house offers enough space for our entire group in rooms and dormitories for 4-10 people. Three large lounges and two large kitchen areas make it possible for us to cater for ourselves for the first time during a snow sports camp. We do the shopping and planning, you provide the help with the cooking. Cooking evenings together have already proved to be a great group experience at our summer camps, and we now want to carry this over into the winter. There will also be a varied supporting program for your enjoyment, more about this when we meet on site.
