The aim of the course is to gain initial experience in jumping and dropping small obstacles so that you know how to approach such obstacles in the future. We will teach you the first basic techniques that will help you with further practice. To do this, we will work with you on jumping, dropping and cornering techniques in the Trippstadt bike park. At lunchtime, we'll fire up the barbecue together and eat the food you've brought with you in direct visual contact with the main line and pump track.
You will need a fully functional mountain bike*, helmet**, gloves, back protector, knee and shin protectors for the course. You do not need to be in good physical condition for the "Bikepark riding technique course". However, you should have taken at least one riding technique course (preferably the advanced course) in order to master the basic techniques of mountain biking.
* Fully recommended, but not essential. Important: Sufficiently low saddle.
** Full face/integral helmet recommended, but not essential
