Here is how it works
Becoming stronger together! How does it work? In this course, we use several muscle groups simultaneously in combined exercises. We use flexibility, strength and endurance. The functional exercises protect us from injury and challenge our entire body. The training is mainly based on your own body weight and provides a balance to your studies with various forms of basic exercises (such as press-ups, squats, etc.). This course is suitable for both beginners and advanced exercisers and gives all participants a better body and life feeling. Together we overcome our own limits and fill our bodies with new energy.
