Huningue

Located between the Rhine, the Jura and the Vosges, Huningue is the first French town on the Rhine. In the Parc des Eaux Vives -a white water canal in the heart of the city- our weekend will take place under the sign of the kayak. First attempts we dare on the domestic Gelterswoog on the three days. As a highlight we go then to the Alsace. We will spend the night on a camping site in Huningue. You should bring: tent utensils, swimwear and a desire for a little adventure! After this weekend full of water, adrenalin, campfire at the Rhine beach and many great (new) impressions, you will see water with new eyes. Attention: danger of addiction.

Course program

Guided by experienced DKV instructors you can dive into the world of white water paddling. The park in Huningen offers the perfect conditions. From the shallow training pool, where you can practice boat feeling, capsizing and maybe even your first capsize roll, to the play roller on the canal, there is something suitable for every level (even absolute beginners). The course is mainly aimed at beginners and beginners who want to gain first white water experience under guidance and want to get a taste of the sport.

Program outside the course

In the evenings we cook together and chill around the campfire or have some fun in town.
