How to sports programme
Under sports A-Z you will find an alphabetical list of all our sports, where you can see what awaits you in the course via the sports page.
The sports schedule gives you an overview of the days of the week and times.
You can find the entry requirements for the respective course on the sports page (or in the WebApp).
Under Cards and subscriptions you can see how much it costs in your status group.
You need the Unisport subscription for most sports courses. This is valid for 6 months from the date of booking and is then automatically renewed.
Dancing and water sports courses require an additional card for the respective semester. The new semester cards can be booked from 1 April/1 October.
You can find our booking and payment system at sgw.rptu.de/webapp
If you belong to the RPTU, log in with your RHRZ account name and password. Your status will be recognised automatically. As a student, you will then be directly charged the Unisport subscription for €0.
Other status groups log in with an email address and a password of their choice. Please note that this must be verified by clicking on a link sent to you.
If you would like a reduced status (e.g. student at another university), then upload proof under ‘My account’ > ‘Status groups’.
Under ‘Cards & subscriptions’ > ‘All cards & subscriptions’ you can ‘book with payment’ the Unisport subscription, additional cards and day passes.
You will be redirected to the ProCampus payment page where you have to enter your details again and finalise the purchase.
If you can't/won't pay immediately, you can find the payment link again under ‘My cards & subscriptions’ or under ‘My account’ > ‘Past purchases’.
Go to the desired course again via the sports page or directly via the WebApp and register.
Depending on the course, this can be a registration for the entire semester or just for the upcoming date.
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration.
This registration list is used to communicate changes / information about the course, so registration is also important for you.
Under ‘My registrations’ you will find all the courses and dates for which you are registered.
If there is no further information in the course description about what you need for the course, you are perfectly equipped for the course with sports gear and a drink.
If you are aged 16 or over, our instructor welcomes you to the course.
Have you found your course under ‘Workshops’? Then you don't need a Unisport subscription, just register for it and pay the indicated price.
Your registration in the WebApp is still a prerequisite.
Children can be registered for the relevant workshops if they have previously been added to your profile under ‘Parental authorisation’.
