You have been mountain biking for a long time and almost always feel safe on the trail or you have just started but have recently gained a lot of experience, then come to our advanced riding technique course! There you will learn how to improve your riding style to be even more effective and safe on the road. We will show you useful tricks and tips that make it easier to ride smoothly through technical sections and practice them with you in detail.

After a review of the most important basics on the bike, we will continue with more advanced techniques. The mastering of key sections such as steep sections, narrowest turns as well as high steps are on the agenda. Depending on the interest and dynamics of the group, we will be able to individually deepen one or the other desired topic a bit more. If necessary, we will form two groups to better respond to your wishes, so that everyone can take something with them. We will practice partly on the Unisport area and on the surrounding trails in the forest at different technical spots. For the course you will need a functional mountain bike, helmet, gloves and fitness for 15-20km of biking as well as food for the day. We also recommend knee, shin and elbow pads. If you don't have them, you can borrow them from us.

On Sunday after the course we like to stop together and talk about our experience and adventures over a cold drink or coffee.
