Unisport offers a technique swim class on Friday afternoons at the South School Center.

You can already swim a little better, but want to improve further? Then come to our technique course. In this course we improve swimming styles in coordination with you and work on starts, turns and the diving phase. You are also welcome to bring in your own ideas!
