Especially in old age, Schopenhauer's sentence: "Health is not everything in life, but without health everything is nothing" takes on great significance. Sporting activity is a preventive measure to maintain one's own mobility in old age and to preserve a positive body image.
This offer is intended to encourage seniors to engage in sports. Through gymnastics, games and sports, an individualised offer is created for the group, which enables seniors of different abilities to move in a health-promoting and stimulating way. An offer that is fun and promises a lively exchange in the group.
