Schopenhauer's phrase "Health is not everything in life, but without health everything is nothing" takes on great significance, especially in old age. Sporting activity is a preventative measure to maintain your own mobility in old age and maintain a positive body image.
In our supervised course, gymnastics, games and sport are used to create an individually tailored program for the group. Various exercises are carried out to maintain and build strength, as well as stretching and mobility. The exercises are designed to promote health and, above all, make exercise fun and enjoyable.
All you need for the course is sportswear, clean indoor shoes and, of course, a good mood.
Entry is possible at any time.
Register for the whole semester and cancel your registration for the dates you cannot attend.
