Fitness training aims to improve general performance in the areas of strength and endurance. With a slight emphasis, flexibility and coordination are also trained. The intensity in these events is at a medium level. Thus, all fitness enthusiasts who want to improve their general well-being as well as their physical activity are welcome.

Courses and registration

Monday 18:00 to 20:00 in the stadium (Campus KL)

Wednesday 19:30 to 20:30 in the stadium (Campus KL)

Thursday 18:00 to 20:00 in the stadium (Campus KL)

Friday: 17:00 to 18:30 in the stadium (Campus KL)

Sunday 16:00 to 18:00 in hall 1-3 (Campus KL)
