And this is how it works
In our fitness classes, you can work on your fitness together with other participants. Our trainers put together a varied fitness program. The exercises consist of exercises with your own weight, such as squats or push-ups, or exercises with aids (including resistance bands or weights) and train the whole body. Strength, endurance and coordination are all improved in order to improve overall fitness.
The difficulty of the exercises can be individually adapted to your ability, so you can attend our courses as a beginner, advanced or professional.
All you need to bring is sportswear and a good mood :D
