Want to relax and loosen up your muscles after one of our fitness classes or a hard day's work? Then our Stretch & Relax course is just right for you. The 30-minute program focuses on targeted stretching exercises and relaxing elements to gently loosen stressed muscles, release tension and promote regeneration. Ideal for anyone who wants to actively do something for their Wellbeing after training or a long day.

Our Stretch & Relax course is suitable for all levels - whether beginner or advanced, everyone can take part.

You don't need to bring anything - all you need is comfortable sportswear and a good mood. Yoga mats are provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own mat or a towel to lie on.

You can join at any time.
