As all registered participants and the team leader came from Kaiserslautern after the registration deadline, we decided not to drive everyone to Landau but to hold the course CO2 neutral in Kaiserslautern for reasons of sustainability.

If you would like to register spontaneously, you can do so until April 17th.

Landau watch out! We'll come to you and teach you everything you need to know to ride your MBT safely. In our riding technique course, you will learn the basics for safe braking, controlled steering and stable off-road riding. With professional guidance, you will receive valuable tips and practise in a relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for anyone who is new to mountain biking or wants to improve their technique.

Course program

The aim of the course is to ride safely on trails, overcoming obstacles, steps, small ramps and hairpin bends. The course content also includes shifting and braking techniques, descents on steep terrain and the correct bike set-up. After a short warm-up tour, we will adjust the bikes and do various exercises on the Unisport sports grounds. Later we will go off-road. On the second day, we will go on a tour to consolidate what we have learned on the trails. For the course you need a mountain bike, helmet, gloves and fitness for 15-20km biking. Shin, knee and elbow pads are recommended. If you don't have them, you can hire them from us.

Supporting program

On the Sunday after the course, we like to stop off together and talk about our experiences over a cold drink or coffee.
