Lacrosse offers something for everyone! It combines elements from a wide variety of sports, such as
American football. field and ice hockey as well as handball and soccer. Two teams of 10 players each try to hit a hard rubber ball the size of a tennis ball into the opponent's goal using a net racket.

Come alone or with a friend to learn your first playing techniques.

All you need is sportswear, drinks (in plastic bottles) and of course a good mood!

The beginners' course will take place on May 13 and 20 in parallel to the regular course time. You can register for the next date in the web app.
