Here is how it works

Strengthen your powerhouse! A holistic body workout that primarily targets the deep, small and usually weaker muscle groups that are intended to ensure correct and healthy posture. The training is based on the centre of the body around the spine and in the area of the pelvic floor. All movements are performed slowly and fluidly. Breathing is also trained.
