and this is how it works

Triathlon is the combination of the three most popular endurance sports. These are swimming, cycling and running in the following order. Different distances and competition requirements challenge the whole athlete and fascinate the masses, from professional athletes to recreational athletes.

We offer a triathlon run and triathlon swim.

In our guided triathlon running group you will meet up with other participants and together with our trainer you will carry out a running program that will help you to achieve your common running goals. The running training can consist of basic algae runs, interval runs, tempo runs and other types. You can join the course at any time. Registration is for the entire semester. If you are unable to take part in a course, you can simply cancel your registration for that day.

You should bring running clothes, enough to drink and, if you like, gels, bars or similar.

In our guided triathlon swimming course, you will prepare for the swimming distances together with the other participants. To do this, you will carry out training sessions together to improve your technique and endurance and prepare you for the distances. You can join the course at any time. Register for each date you would like to attend.

You should bring swimwear and a swimming cap.

Note: Swimming caps are compulsory in the Schulzentrum-Süd.

Whether you are a triathlon beginner or an advanced athlete, everyone is welcome.
