Sparring is a playful way to train fighting with a partner. The aim is to develop a feeling for distance, to improve one's own technique and to react to the opponent.

Anyone who wants to can try it out, but in the long term it makes sense to have a partner at roughly the same level. The type of martial art is basically not so important as long as there is a partner of the same martial art to train with.
