Due to the versatile demands on body and mind, karate is an ideal balance to everyday stress. In addition, strength, endurance, speed and flexibility are trained to a high degree and body awareness is trained through breathing and concentration exercises.

The way of Karate, the Karate-Do; means: he who defeats others is strong, he who defeats himself is the true winner.
Karate emphasises the development of the personality, self-control, concentration and respect for the opponent.
