and this is how it works
Hula-hooping is an individual fitness workout in which a hoop is circled around the hips, legs, arms or even the neck.
In our hula hoop class, you will work with the instructor and the other participants on various exercises and techniques that strengthen the core, improve body tension and body awareness and also increase stamina.
You do not need any previous experience to take part in the course.
You don't need to bring anything except sportswear and clean indoor shoes. If you have your own tire, you are welcome to bring it. There are also plenty of tires available.
Entry is possible at any time. Register in the WebApp for each date you would like to attend.
