and this is how it works

High-intensity full-body training is a highly functional strength and endurance workout that focuses on muscle building, speed and coordination.

Our course starts with an intensive warm-up program. We will gradually increase the intensity of the exercises. The subsequent workout consists of strength and endurance exercises, with and without weights.

Whether beginner or advanced, the training is suitable for all levels. This is because each exercise can be varied according to your daily form so that you can set the right training stimuli for you.

Bring a skipping rope if you have one. Otherwise, all you need to bring is sportswear and clean indoor shoes.

Entry is possible at any time. Please register for the course you would like to attend.
