High Intense Full Body Training


The High Intense full-body training is a highly functional strength endurance training, which aims at muscle building, speed strength as well as coordination. This training is suitable for beginners as well as for advanced participants. Each exercise can be varied according to your daily form, so that you can set the appropriate training stimuli for yourself. We start with an intensive warm-up programme. We will gradually increase the intensity of the exercises. The following workout of the day will consist of a combination of strength and endurance exercises, with and without weights. You will need a skipping rope for the training.
