Circuit Training

Circuit training offers the opportunity to train and improve general physical fitness in a versatile and comprehensive way. In the station mode, which is run through in pairs, exercises for all muscle groups, coordination, speed and endurance alternate. Short time intervals, which are designed to train especially the strength endurance with small weights, provide a varied and entertaining training atmosphere, which encourages to go to their own limits. The intensity here is high if you want it that way, but of course you can always slow down a bit.


Courses: Tuesday 18:30 to 20:00 in hall 1-2 (Campus KL)
