Whether you're looking for a bikini figure, fitness, muscle building or general well-being. In Bodyforming we offer you intensive strength endurance training with music and a high fun factor! The focus is also on reducing frustration and fat through targeted endurance, strengthening and stretching exercises for the whole body.

Bodyforming in Unisport means training the cardiovascular system and the entire torso, leg and arm musculature. No problem zone is left out. If you are looking for a medium to high intensity fitness workout for legs, buttocks, abdomen, back, arms, etc. to aerobic-style music, Bodyforming is the place for you.

Variations of the exercise forms and the intensity of the individual exercises as well as the use of short dumbbells and therabands are suitable and individually adaptable for beginners as well as for trained athletes of any age.
If you have your own mat, you are welcome to bring it along!
