and this is how it works

Bodyforming is a one-hour strength/muscle and endurance training program that includes exercises with your own weight as well as additional weights and resistance bands.

The training sessions consist of warm-up, strengthening and stretching exercises, whereby the difficulty of the exercises can be adjusted according to your physical condition. The trainer demonstrates the exercises and, if necessary, improves the movement sequences of the participants when they perform them together for an optimal training stimulus.

Please bring clean indoor shoes, sportswear and enough to drink.

You can join at any time and do not need your own materials. Register for each date you would like to attend.
