Aqua Power

Aqua fitness offers a combination of strength and endurance training that strengthens the cardiovascular system.  The focus here is on movement against water resistance to increase endurance capacity and strengthen the body in a targeted way. It should not be forgotten that the water resistance dampens movements and is thus gentle on joints and body.  In addition to various equipment, music is also used to power through aqua jogging, aqua boxing and small games in the water.



As bathing caps are compulsory at the Schulzentrum-Süd, please do not forget your bathing caps!
