Nutrition is a very complex subject area, where it is sometimes difficult to keep track due to the mass of information. On the following page you will learn some basics that should help you to develop a certain understanding of nutrition. We will give you information about the different nutrients, introduce you to the nutritional rules of the German Nutrition Society, show you how to calculate your energy needs and explain about intolerances. In addition, we would like to make suggestions on how you can inform yourself about the topic in the long term. To this end, we have tested apps and podcasts and pass on book and blog tips to you.

 

Our reccomendation

Eat slowly and consciously. Take time to eat and prepare food, and try not to eat in front of a screen, but to be aware of what you are eating. Also make sure you drink enough water during the day and eat fruits and vegetables every day. It's also best to make a plan of what you want to eat over the next few days and shop for it. This will make it easier for you to eat more consciously and healthily in a time of constant refrigerator presence.
