Brazilian Zouk is a versatile modern partner dance, with roots in Brazilian Lambada and Samba.
Besides the basic step patterns and turns, the sensual character of the dance is characterized above all by wave-like movements of the whole body, circling head movements and the associated "hair tossing" of the lady.
