Trampolining is a dynamic and fun sport that promotes jumping strength, balance and body control. Whether it's simple jumps or advanced combinations - here you can work out and improve your acrobatic skills.
The course is suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or already have experience. You can work on your jumps while jumping together. You can join at any time.
You should bring gym shoes or trampoline socks (non-slip socks) and of course sportswear.
Registration is for the entire semester. If you are unable to attend an appointment, you can simply cancel your registration for that day.
