and this is how it works

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that is designed for speed and dynamism. It is a combination of foot technique (tae), hand technique (kwon) and path (do), with the foot technique dominating.

In our instructor-led course, we focus on self-defense, sparring and the traditional aspects of Taekwondo. Under the guidance of the instructor, we train in pairs so that the various techniques can be practiced optimally. Various styles of Taekwondo are incorporated into the training so that you can learn new skills even if you are a beginner.

Whether beginner or advanced, the course is suitable for everyone.

You don't need to bring anything - all you need is comfortable sportswear and a good mood.

You can join the course at any time. Register for the entire semester and cancel if you are unable to attend.

Important information on the course schedule/changes will be communicated via the respective registration list.
