Would you like to try out a new martial art or refresh old skills? Then come to our new Taekwondo training in the Unisporthalle. The training trains the entire body. It promotes concentration, self-confidence, self-discipline, fitness, stamina and serves as self-defence. Taekwondo is suitable for all age groups.
