Headis

Headis is a new sport developed by René Wegner, a sports student at Saarland University. It is played with a rubber ball on a table tennis table, but only headers are allowed. The game combines the tactical possibilities of table tennis with the footwork techniques of tennis and the head ball technique of football. The basics can be learned quickly, so that beginners can start playing early. The fun factor is immense, and the rallies are very exciting. Beginners should learn the basic techniques in this course; advanced players can expand their repertoire with new techniques and tactical concepts.
