and this is how it works

Campusletics is a new exercise programme created by the RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau for all its students and staff, but also for guests. Based on a trim trail, a course with various stations leads across the campus and through the adjacent forest. Modern training equipment and urban trends such as calisthenics are combined with the tranquillity of running in nature.
Campusletics is made up of the terms "campus" and "athletics". The new creation of strength, coordination and endurance training is suitable for beginners as well as for the trained. The information boards at the stations show exercises with varying degrees of difficulty. Instructions and tips can also be accessed via QR code using a smartphone. Campusletics can be used around the clock, 7 days a week directly on the TU campus by anyone.
Campusletics is part of a series of innovative measures under the CampusPlus label.
A course always takes place 1x per week. The instructor offers everyone the opportunity to work out on the 3 km long course according to their ability level.
Please bring sportswear and running shoes suitable for the weather.
