WEEKLIES
Here you can really score points! Four weeks of play - four different Weeklies, but only one task per week is active. All challenges have in common that you move. Sometimes in sports courses, sometimes you hunt for Mr. Z or the Schnitzel, or collect Coins that Scrooge becomes green with envy.
COIN COLLECTOR
Every day, 20 virtual coins are distributed across the campus and the adjacent greenery, which you can collect in the app. Once you have collected all the coins, the Super Coin is unlocked. The Super Coin is invisible and you can find out its location by correctly solving a picture puzzle. If you are at the location of the Super Coin, 100 extra points will be added to your account. In addition, Running Coins will run into your path. They run virtually tirelessly across the campus and you have to be on your toes to catch them in time. Every day you can collect the coins anew. On which campus you collect your 20 coins a day doesn't matter. If you think you can collect more points than the 20 coins, we have to disappoint you.
MR.Z
You can't catch Mr. Z alone! Play together with at least one player or a maximum of 4 other friends and catch Mr. Z. We have laid a graph with nodes and edges over the campus. Mr. Z moves from node to node across the campus. The trick is that he only becomes visible at every third node. If one of the team members manages to catch Mr. Z, then each member of the team gets 200 points on their own account as well as on the house account. I.e. you can even play together with house strangers. To play as a team, you create a lobby at the beginning of the game or join a lobby with the code (three selected symbols). Then you can start the hunt for Mr. Z.
SCAVENGER HUNT
The RPTU campus is surrounded by eventful city centers and located right next to the Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve. What could be cooler than exploring your surroundings using puzzles? And that makes a scavenger hunt an obvious choice. For each campus - Kaiserslautern and Landau - we have prepared cool tours to get you out in the fresh air and moving at the same time. By solving the riddles, you'll know which destination to head to next. Once you have taken the right direction and come within 500m of the destination, the distance to the destination will be displayed on the app. If you are within 50m of a target, you will receive the next puzzle directly on your phone. For each target you reach, you will receive 200 points! If you are an avid player and solve the puzzle in your off-campus city, you will receive trophies for exceptional performance, but no additional points.
Pro tip: Pack a lunch box and do the scavenger hunt with your friends!
SPORTS COURSES
Here it gets sweaty! When you attend a sports course at the RPTU (Unisport or Unifit (KL)), you get real "RPTU money". Scan the QR code on the banknote using the app and get 300 points per course! You can find all sports courses on the homepage. You are a student in Landau and want to attend a course in Kaiserslautern? No problem! After all, we are a university. Of course it works the other way around as well. During the day you have the possibility to participate in up to three courses. Afterwards we will give your body a break.
