Do you want to really work out and let go of the stress of everyday life? Then you've come to the right place! Not only will we show you how to train properly, we also have a balanced training plan.
The first half of the course is suitable for beginners and advanced students alike and ranges from stretching exercises to strength training. Basic punching and kicking techniques are shown, which are practiced alone and in partner exercises.
The second half of the training is designed more freely, with the focus on advanced students: however, beginners also have the opportunity to deepen what they have learned independently or to use the time in the hall for other sports.
Advanced students can try out what they have learned in sparring (relaxed free fighting) or teach each other further kickboxing and self-defense techniques. Wearing a mouthguard is particularly important here!
What should you bring?

- If available: Boxing gloves, bandages, mouthguard and head protection.
