And this is how it works

Kickboxing: Do you want to really work out and let out the stress of everyday life? Then you've come to the right place! Not only will we show you how to kick properly, we also have a balanced training plan.

The first half of the course is suitable for beginners and advanced students alike and ranges from stretching exercises to strength training. Basic punching and kicking techniques are demonstrated, which are practiced alone and in partner exercises.

The second half of the training is more freely structured, with the focus on advanced students: however, beginners also have the opportunity to deepen what they have learned independently or to use the time in the hall for other sports.

Sparring: During sparring, you test your skills against various opponents. After shadow boxing as a warm-up, we do drills for what YOU want to practise. You discuss the rules with your sparring partner.

All levels are welcome - as long as you can spar in a controlled manner without hurting yourself or others.

Mouth protection is highly recommended!

What should you bring?

  • Enough to drink
  • Discipline, stamina and motivation!
  • If available: Boxing gloves, bandages, mouthguard and head protection.
