Do you want to really work out and let go of the stress of everyday life? Then you've come to the right place! In kickboxing, we not only train how to kick properly but also have a balanced training plan. From stretching exercises to strength training. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, we start from scratch and take you to the top.
What should you bring with you? Plenty to drink, a towel, boxing gloves and bandages if available and of course discipline, stamina and motivation!
