And this is how it works

In this varied fitness workout, we improve strength, endurance and flexibility together. The course consists of several stations where different exercises are performed to train the entire body. Whether beginner or advanced, the exercises can be individually adapted. The aim is to complete an effective full-body workout in a short space of time, which both strengthens the muscles and promotes cardiovascular fitness. Come along! Please bring a towel!
