And this is how it works

Fancy something new? Then come along to the hula hoop class. In the course we not only circle our hips, but also integrate fitness exercises. We'll start by showing you the basics and work on your coordination week by week, then build fitness exercises on this foundation.

We offer exercises for beginners through to advanced and are happy to welcome every new hula hooper. Of course, you don't need to bring a hoop, that's taken care of.

You can join at any time.
