Hula hooping is an individual fitness workout in which a hoop is circled around the hips, legs, arms or even the neck
In our hula hoop course, you will work with the instructor and other participants on various exercises and techniques that strengthen the core and improve body tension and body awareness as well as endurance.
You don't need any previous experience to take part in the course.
All you need to bring is sportswear and clean indoor shoes. If you have your own tire, you are welcome to bring it. There are also plenty of tires available.
You can join at any time.
