And this is how it works
Bodyforming is a one-hour strength/muscle and endurance training session that includes exercises using your own weight as well as additional weights and resistance bands.
The training units consist of warm-up, strengthening and stretching exercises, whereby the difficulty of the exercises can be adjusted according to your physical condition.
The trainer demonstrates the exercises and, if necessary, improves the movement sequences of the participants when they perform them together for an optimal training stimulus.
Please bring clean indoor shoes, sportswear and enough to drink.
You can join at any time and do not need your own materials.
Please register in the WebApp for each date you would like to attend.
