Are you looking for a varied way to keep fit and enjoy the fresh air at the same time? Then the "Workout Mix Outdoor" course is just right for you!

In this course, we combine various training elements from the areas of strength, endurance and coordination. With a mixture of bodyweight exercises, light running and mobility units as well as targeted coordination exercises, you will challenge your entire body and take your fitness to the next level.

Regardless of whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, the sessions are designed so that all participants can take part at their own pace and according to their fitness level. Ideal for anyone who wants to exercise outdoors, get moving and improve their overall fitness.
