And this is how it works
In this course, you can expect a dynamic combination of strength and mobility training. The first half focuses on functional fitness exercises using your own body weight to build strength and endurance. In the second part, we concentrate on stretching and mobilization to promote flexibility and release tension. Perfect for getting fit and improving mobility at the same time!
