And this is how it works
Judo (Japanese for "gentle/flexible way") is a Japanese martial art whose principle is "victory by yielding" or "maximum effect with a minimum of effort". In addition to the effect of the sport, the ten judo values such as honesty and respect play a major role due to the traditional background and the way in which they are dealt with during training.
In our course, you will learn how to fall correctly as well as various throwing, holding and lever techniques. The techniques learned can then be applied in a free fight. The instructor takes care to divide the participants according to ability, strength and experience, but also to change partners regularly.
You don't need to bring anything except sportswear. If available, you can bring slippers (the mats may only be walked on barefoot) and your own judogi.
Whether you are a beginner or advanced, you can join at any time.
Please register for the entire semester and cancel for the dates you are unable to attend.
