And this is how it works
Campusletics is a new exercise program created by RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau for all its students and staff, but also for guests. Based on a fitness trail, a course with various stations leads across the campus and through the adjacent forest. Modern training equipment and urban trends such as calisthenics are combined with the tranquillity of running in nature.
Campusletics is a combination of the terms "campus" and "athletics". The new creation of strength, coordination and endurance training is suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes. The information boards at the stations show exercises with varying degrees of difficulty. Instructions and tips can also be accessed via QR code on a smartphone. Campusletics can be used by anyone around the clock, 7 days a week, directly on the TU campus.
Campusletics is part of a series of innovative measures under the CampusPlus label.
A course always takes place once a week. The trainer offers everyone the opportunity to work out on the 3 km long course according to their ability level.
Please bring weather-appropriate sportswear and running shoes.
