Aqua-Power combines fitness sport with movement in the water. The water resistance strengthens the muscles under conditions that are easy on the joints. The instructor will guide you through the course with fun and motivation. The focus is on improving strength and endurance, as well as strengthening the cardiovascular system. In addition to various pieces of equipment, music is also used to power you through aqua jogging, aqua boxing and small games in the water.
Please bring a swimming cap and swimwear.
You can join the course at any time.
You register for the entire semester and cancel if you are unable to come.
Important information about the course schedule/changes will be communicated via the respective registration list.
Please note that the swimming pool in the school center is closed on school-free days and the course cannot take place.
