The aim of the course is to ride safely on trails, overcoming obstacles, steps, small ramps and hairpin bends. The course content also includes shifting and braking techniques, descents on steep terrain and the correct bike set-up. After a short warm-up tour, we will adjust the bikes and do various exercises on the Unisport sports grounds. Later we will go off-road. On the second day, we will go on a tour to consolidate what we have learned on the trails. For the course you need a mountain bike, helmet, gloves and fitness for 15-20km biking. Shin, knee and elbow pads are recommended. If you don't have them, you can hire them from us.
