The finest climbing action, paired with the "savoir vivre" of our French neighbors, come together for a week at the campsite. Just like last year, we will be camping and enjoying the peace and quiet in the immediate vicinity of the river and rock. The crag, which is located in the Steinwurflänge, offers hundreds of routes of varying degrees of difficulty for climbing. From beginners to absolute pros, there is something for everyone here. The perfect limestone offers the opportunity to cool off between routes, which is often necessary at this time of year given the fantastic weather (extremely low probability of precipitation). Climbing is also possible in nearby areas such as Balazuc. There is a picturesque view of the Chassezac and the limestone formations both from the belay and from the ground. After some hard climbing work, we will end the day together with a glass of French joie de vivre, the sound of guitars, the taste of grilled food and shimmering candlelight. Travel and meals are not included in the course fee and will be organized jointly.
Course program
Divided into small groups, everyone from beginners to advanced climbers have the opportunity to work on their belaying and climbing skills and gain a variety of experiences on the rock and in a rope team. In addition to the courses, there is also the opportunity to explore the numerous and mostly very sporty routes in the afternoon. All of this is accompanied by our experienced team of climbing instructors with expert tips and tricks.
Supporting program
There is plenty of variety on offer, and not just on the rocks. There's no need to worry about boredom in the evening either. There are plans for a barbecue, an overnight stay by the water, guitar solos, a dinner evening and the usual chill-out session after work with slacklining and a refreshing dip in the camp's own river.
