    Seek help if you are feeling bad, everyone needs support at times. Whether it's because you're overworked or underworked or you can't find your way back into a daily routine. There are many offers of help that can help you. Take advantage of them and seek support.

    The forum "Psychisch fit studieren" is an interactive (online) format in which you are sensitized to mental health.
