What keeps us healthy? What is health and how does it develop? And what role do biological, social and psychological factors play in this? How can I actively contribute to promoting my own health? How can I share this knowledge with those around me?
These and other questions will be addressed as part of the Health Literacy: Physical, Mental and Social Health certificate, which will start for the first time at both university locations in the winter semester 2024/25. It offers students at RPTU the opportunity to take an in-depth look at issues relating to the development and maintenance of health, reflect on their own health and expand their individual skills. The core component of the certificate deepens knowledge in the three areas of physical health, mental health and social health.
The course is a cooperation project between the Competence Center for Study and Career (KSB) and the Center for Sport, Health and Wellbeing (ZSGW).
