Campusletics

Campusletics is a creation of strength, coordination and endurance training on the campus of RPTU in Kaiserslautern. Based on a fitness trail, a course with various stations leads across the campus and through the forest. Modern training equipment and urban trends such as calisthenics are combined with the tranquillity of running in nature. Existing elements such as steps and inclines are also incorporated into the course.

All exercises are suitable for beginners as well as those who are already trained. The course therefore offers everyone the opportunity to work out according to their ability level. The information boards at the stations explain exercises with different levels of difficulty. Instructions and tips can also be called up on the respective station boards using a QR code on a smartphone.

Insider knowledge

Campusletics is made up of the terms "Campus" and "Athletics".
