Kaiserslautern
Wind in your hair, fresh air in your nose - that's Secret Tour 19. Grab your bike and come along! But don't worry if it's been a while since the last time, we'll find the right pace for everyone.
Start: 5 pm
Duration: 2-3h bike tour
Followed by a leisurely finish. What you should bring: Water, helmet (unfortunately you can't take part without one).
Registration start: 06.05.
Jam session in the flow park: experience activity on your bike and surf the waves of the flow park. The Unisport mountain bike team will give you tips on how to stay safe on your mountain bike and have even more fun.

Bike coaching is tailored to your individual requirements, experience and goals so that you can make the most of these benefits. You can ask all your questions about equipment, bike selection, accessories, training and riding technique.

Mobility is an important prerequisite for mobility in everyday life, studies, work and leisure. A digital inclinometer is used to test muscle and joint areas for possible restrictions, comfortably in a supine position and everyday clothing. The results are evaluated and translated into an individual exercise program to improve or maintain mobility.

You can contribute your ideas for a better campus directly at Ms. Rothhaar's mobility stand. On a large campus map, you can mark with sticky dots where cycle paths, parking spaces or other mobility options should be improved - your suggestions will also be collected on a poster. Drop by, contribute your perspective and find out more about company bikes - there will also be a bike for you to look at.

At the police stand, you will receive important information about cycling safety in everyday life. Here you can find out how to use your bike correctly and how to be safe on the road. There will also be practical tips on road safety and safe behavior in traffic.
With ADFC bike coding, your bike is individually marked with a code. This makes it clearly identifiable in the event of theft and makes it more difficult to resell. Coding is quick to carry out and offers effective additional protection for your bike.

The Basic Cycling course teaches the basics of indoor cycling. The focus is on the correct technique, training that is easy on the joints and working effectively with music and intensity. The course is ideal for beginners and anyone who wants to improve their endurance.
As part of BikeDays, the course is open to anyone who simply wants to get a taste of a cycling course.

Costs: free of charge.
The weekly road bike tour offers beginners and advanced cyclists the opportunity to explore the region around Kaiserslautern together in a group. The tours last approx. 2 hours and cover 30 to 50 km with 300 to 600 m elevation gain on cycle paths and roads. You can join at any time.

The bicycle flea market offers the opportunity to buy or sell used bicycles. It is aimed at anyone who is looking for a new bike or wants to pass on their bike. This creates a sustainable exchange around the bicycle.

The mechanic workshop provides basic knowledge about repairing and maintaining bicycles. Under supervision, you will learn how to repair minor defects yourself and keep your bike in good technical condition. Ideal for anyone who wants to understand their bike better and maintain it themselves.

Take part in the CampusGames scavenger hunt either by bike or on foot.
Landau
The CampusGames scavenger hunt - on a bike!
Solve the exciting puzzles and cycle from clue to clue.
The tour takes about 2 hours at a relaxed to moderate intensity. Meeting point is at 15:45 at DOCK 25. The tour is not accompanied and is at your own risk - this is just your chance to meet other cyclists.
At the end, you can round off the evening with a chill & barbecue in front of DOCK 25.

The Unisport road bike course for everyone.
We will go on group rides of between 30 and 60 km. This gives us the opportunity to get to know roads, mountains and training partners in the area and to train our legs a little.
All owners of a road bike with a bike helmet are welcome.
The course takes place regardless of the number of participants (even if there is only 1 registration).

We'll cycle for about an hour and enjoy the view and hopefully good weather. Of course, there will also be enough time to chat and take breaks. The tour takes place on Wednesday, May 20, and is at your own risk. We will meet at 4 pm at the AStA-Sekki (blue exit). Your bike flea market
Would you like to sell or buy a bike or accessories such as a helmet, bell or sportswear? We offer you the platform to do so from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., we will transform the Mensa forecourt into a small bicycle flea market.
You want to sell something?
Bring your picnic blanket and anything bike-related that you would like to sell. A few tables will be available - if you definitely need a table, please register in advance by 18.05. at campusplus-ld(at)rptu.de.
You are responsible for your own sales processing, we only provide the platform.
