The highlight of every summer semester is the unique, unbeatable, often-copied, but never-equaled UNI-LIGA!

Let’s reminisce: The green of the field! That cool beer at the bar! And above all, of course: YOU! Whether as a player, a spectator, or someone who just happened to wander onto the field, you’re the one who makes the UNI-LIGA THE competition event! There really is something for everyone here! Whether you’re a libero, a pickup-game legend, or the “Ronaldo” of the local league…

We’re looking forward to another true UNI-LIGA spectacle with you this year! So dust off your soccer cleats, reunite your team, or start a new one! We’re looking forward to new teams that want to become part of the UNI-LIGA’s long history, as well as to seeing familiar faces from the UNI-LIGA’s past! All you need is a few fellow students who love soccer, and you’re good to go!

INFORMATION ABOUT THE FINAL DAY

The UniLiga Final—the highlight of the year!

Every year, the UniLiga Final is the grand finale of our season and a real highlight on campus. Get ready for exciting championship games, plenty of excitement, and a unique atmosphere!

A DJ will keep the energy high all evening long, while you cheer on your team one last time this season. Whether you’re on the field or on the sidelines—there’s something for everyone here.

Of course, we’ve got plenty of food and drinks covered: Look forward to our food and drink stand, as well as delicious pizza at Summer Soul.

Come on by, enjoy what we hope will be sunny weather, experience thrilling games, and celebrate an unforgettable end to the season with us. We look forward to seeing you!

Game mode

There is room for 32 teams. A team consists of a maximum of 15 players.
Students and employees of RPTU and Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences, as well as students and employees of affiliated institutes, are eligible to participate.
Each team plays exactly one game on each match day. A game lasts 2x 15 minutes + 5 minutes half-time break.
The game is played with 5 outfield players and a goalkeeper on a small pitch.
There are 8 groups of 4 teams. A first round is played in the groups of 4. After these 3 games, the first two of each group continue in a winners' group phase, the last two in a losers' group phase. When this second group phase is over, the quarter-finals, semi-finals and finally the final will be played. We play from 32nd to 1st place, so all teams have the same playing time.
The match schedule will be published the day before.

Please note our rules and regulations, with your registration we assume that all captains and players have read them.
The group draw will take place at the Captains Meeting. The top 4 teams of the UNILIGA 2024 are seeded as group heads of group A to D. However, the captains will receive the exact information about the Captains Meeting from us in good time.
If the planned number of 32 teams is not reached, the mode will be changed slightly. However, this will not affect the number or schedule of match days.

Participation fee

100€ per team + 40€ referee deposit (to be paid in cash at the Captains' Meeting)

A Unisport subscription or the Unisport Deluxe Card is not required to participate. However, all team members must have one of the requested status groups.
