Playing group:

After warming up together, mixed teams take to the field. The teams rotate so that everyone plays against everyone else. Whether you are a professional or a "school sports volleyball player" - we all play together. There is no training for beginners.

Competition training:

This session is only for volleyball players interested in competitions! Here we train different game situations and prepare for competitions. We also want to take part in a German university championship, a city championship or something similar.
