Trampolining is a dynamic and fun sport that promotes jumping strength, balance and body control. From simple jumps to advanced combinations, you can work out and improve your acrobatic skills.
The course is suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or already have experience. You can work on your jumps while jumping together. You can join at any time.
You should bring gym shoes or trampoline socks (non-slip socks) and, of course, sportswear.
Registration is for the entire semester. If you are unable to attend one of the sessions, you can simply cancel your registration for that day.
