Free swimming is NOT guided swimming training.

The prerequisite is that you can already swim 25m at a stretch. Exercises and tips can be requested from the instructors.

If you are studying/working at RPTU, you can swim at Monte Mareon Mondays from 17:45 (entry) to 19:45 (exit), at 18:50 there is an intermediate entry/exit.

On Thursdays at Schulzentrum Süd, all swimmers are welcome, regardless of their status.

The school center is closed during school vacations and on public holidays. Swimming caps are also compulsory!

You can join at any time.

Simply register for each date on which you would like to take part in the course.
